Are we there yet?

No, only 3,616 miles to go. About to embark on my longest vacation ever since I got out of graduate school - 3 weeks! Of course I work for a Finnish company where most people over the pond seem to be taking 4-6 weeks in their summer cottages, so 3 weeks doesn't seem much in comparision. Heck, it takes you a week just to forget about work and start to enjoy your vacation. We'll be styaing in Created Butte, Moab, Santa Barbara, Encinitas, Marfa and a few more spots along the way.

Hopefully my Subaru Outback with 78,000+ miles will make the trip. However, if anyone out there has a last minute mini-van to loan out gimme a call. (I've developed mini-van envy for this type of long trip).
